While Bowser is initially taking Mario as a joke, he soon changes his mind. Blue Toad's got the wrong idea though.
The cat suit doesn't look like it has claws, so I'm assuming that they're retractable. Bowser's claws are fairly visible if ya ask me
The Blue Toad may seem random at the end, but he's a playable character in 3D World xD
